We will gladly accept qualified returns within 30-days of your candle purchase. To qualify for a refund, item(s) must but be unused and in their original packaging.
To request a return, please contact support at email@example.com. Once we've reviewed your request and if your return is approved, you'll be emailed a prepaid return label. DO NOT return items without first contacting support as they will not be accepted.

Once we receive your returned item(s), an approval determination will be made. If your return is accepted, a full refund will be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to hit your account depending on your provider.
